David M. Fleishman received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law, and is a member of the Illinois Bar. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University. Since 1991, he has founded fifteen real estate investment entities through which approximately $22,000,000 has been successfully invested in undervalued properties and land speculation. Properties were acquired primarily through real estate tax sales and foreclosures.
In 2000, Mr. Fleishman created "Vacant-Lots.com" an Internet website entirely devoted to the purchase and sale of vacant land in the Chicagoland area. Prior to 1991, Mr. Fleishman spent several years as the primary property acquisition specialist for McHugh Bowles Development. His particular expertise lies in the areas of: real estate and property law, contracts and negotiations.
